The anniversary of Neem Karoli Baba's leaving his body (Mahasamadhi) falls on the day of the full moon in September. We celebrate it on the nearest Saturday to the lunar date. Singing of 108 Hanuman Chalisas Beginning at 4 am, followed by the Ramlila (the children's reenactment of the deeds of Lord Ram, Sita, and Hanuman) and a feast (bhandara).
