Ram Dass explains a possible afterlife experience of choosing our next incarnation. He refers to his own awakening to the reality of 'soul.' "I like, when you die, you go into 'soul-land' where you find out what your karma is. Then you decide what your next incarnation will be. You will be helped at that time by beings whoo know more than you do, beings of light. Beings you have love relationships to who have died in advance before you died and they become helpers through this ritual of changing incarnations.
